“A Pastor’s Friend”Since 1977, Dr. Buddy Bell has passionately devoted his life to serving pastors and their families in the local church. In 1986, Dr. Bell founded Ministry of Helps International, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has continued to serve as its president. Through his deep insights into the Ministry of Helps, he has helped thousands of believers discover their unique calling and purpose in the Body of Christ. His heart and dedication were formally recognized in June 2006 when Dr. George Walters, president of Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College in Tampa, Florida, along with the Board of Directors, presented Dr. Bell with an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree.

Dr. Bell is an international teacher, a dynamic trainer of champions, and an influential author whose works are transforming lives. His books—The Ministry of Helps Handbook, Ushering 101, and Greeting 101—have equipped countless church leaders and volunteers with practical, effective strategies for serving in the local church. Along with these, his resources such as Usher Training System 101, Development of Local Church Membership, Development of Local Church Leadership, and 20 powerful teaching DVDs are being used in more than 10,000 churches around the world, igniting a movement of excellence in service.

Dr. Bell has personally visited over 3,000 churches, pouring into pastors, church staff, and congregations, helping them collaborate with unparalleled effectiveness. His powerful teachings are also being shared with over 25,000 Bible schools across the globe, in more than 70 languages, through www.ISOM.org ministries.
